Managing two mobile apps development (Android & iOS)

Hello,
I am a product owner on a project that have two mobile apps to be delivered (one iOS and one Android).
Now I am using Jira and Confluence to organize my SCRUM metrics and plannings but the problem is that I don't know what would be better: 

1- Create one project in Jira and manage both application releases there (means duplicating Epics, User stories, etc.)

2- Create two separate project in Jira and therefore avoid having a complex project at the expenses of making it a little bit difficult for QA and Testing.
