Hi everyone!

I am interested in knowing more about use cases related to incident management in Jira Service management.

When it comes to managing incidents, do you often use JQL queries? If so, what are the JQL queries you use the most and in which context? What are the typical problems you are trying to solve?

Many thanks for your inputs!
