JIRA not making tickets

As of last week emails forwarded to JIRA is not making tickets

Hi @Azeem_Begum - This may be an email handler problem.  This troubleshooting article from Atlassian may help.  Note it only applies to the server edition of Jira and you need to be a Jira Admin to follow the instructions. 

For Jira Cloud checkout this article which covers the configuration of mail handlers in detail and may help find the problem.  You need to be a Jira admin to follow that articles instructions also.
