Incorrect month in comments date while importing from CSV file

When I try to import comments from CSV file I am using this dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss in my CSV file and giving the same format while uploading the CSV file.. Day,Year and time are imported properly, but for all comments month is January. Am I missing some thing?
