When I add a comment to a Jira issue, once it is long enough that I need to scroll to get back to the top (or bottom) of the comment, scrolling (using the trackpad on my Macbook or Fn-UpArrow) actually scrolls the right panel first, even though the mouse cursor (and typing cursor) is in the comment text area.
Instead, I must scroll all the way until the right panel is near the top, then the scrolling finally starts in the comment text area. This is very annoying. It is especially bad when the Jira issue has a lot of existing comments -- the right one must continue scrolling until
The two panels should scroll independently of each other.
