Hi @Manuel Duarte ,

I think you may be at the wrong place? This forum is in support of Atlassian product questions.

oh,
I'm thinking that Jira was a Atlassian product

I'll try found the correct place to raise my issue

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Yes, Jira is an Atlassian product, and the community would love to help you.  But we can't.  We're not the administrators of your acsjira, and you need to talk to them about your access to it.  The error you are getting is an internal error and it needs them to read the logs to find out what it is (although my instinct is that there is a problem with your identity system - your Jira can't talk to it for some reason.  That still needs your admins to take a look)

Thanks for Reply.

I'll try found who will admin our acsjira.
