I'm trying to figure out what would be the best setup for managing our product, we have the below structure of teams and workflows that we want to have:
What I'm looking for is a way to manage the 3 teams while centralizing the backlog so that I can have one place for prioritizing the backlog, tracking Epics and Release management.
I would also like to track the progress of each team separately like the velocity of each of the Scrum teams and so on.
Is something like this possible with Jira Cloud software?
