In project management list, when I create a field, can it be used widely?

I added a field on one project, but when I create another one, I cannot choose the created ones from the drop-down menu

Can you provide more information about the Type of these projects? You can get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

If the projects are Team Managed, then the new fields you create in those projects are project specific and are not accessible in other projects. That is by design for Team Managed projects - they are intended to be mostly stand-alone and able to be customized in a manner to not impact other projects in the system.

If you want to share fields with other project those custom fields would need to be created by a Jira Administrator.
