I have recently configured a business project and do not see an option to configure the board. The 'Done' column displays only a limited set of tickets, what is the logic used?
Business projects are designed to be very simple in nature and be quick to setup and easy to use. But you lose some power/flexibility in that process. If you need more of those, then you should create a Jira Software project.
Tickets in the Done column on a JWM board will disappear after 2 weeks.
