I am trying to do a version upgrade from 7.6.1 to 7.6.13. I cannot seem to find the darn link to the actual upgrade files, does anyone possibly have this info? Thanks in advance!

You can download older versions of Jira by selecting View all versions from the download page and then select 7 from the drop-down list.
