ubuntu 18 - jira running but does not show on browser

im new on this.. 

ive successfully installed jira on ubuntu 18.. we have been using it for more or less a month now. 

a while ago, ive noticed that it cant be monitored by our zabbix server. so i made some troubleshooting, then restart the system.

now, when i run the ./start-jira.sh

it says "Tomcat started."

but.

on browser, there is no jira.

please help

Can you check the log files especially catalina.out and atlassian-jira.log
