Hi I need help with the resubscribe in Jira.
I have Jira software and services desk in cloud and I didnt notice that Atlassian couldn't debit the monthly payment from my Credit card and now I got suspended and once I updated my credit card now the billing is in 0$ and I don't know how to resubscribe again ! We're in Medellin - Colombia. I'm worry someone can help me please.

I was about to create a support request on your behalf, and when I looked through our system, it appears that you have already reached out to our Customer Advocates team and have resolved this problem.
For other users that find this thread in the future, should you need help with renewing a Cloud subscription, I would recommend going to our support portal: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and selecting 'Billing, Licensing, & Pricing' in order to create a support request with our Customer Advocate team that can help with these kinds of problems/questions.
