we have help center with 3 different screens for requests, Is it possible to make a field mandatory in 2/3 of the screens and optional in the last?
All 3 screens share the same project so when it is set to required at project level it does all 3, not 2 from 3 that we want.
Field configuration schemes are made up of one or more field configurations. Each issue type can have it's own field configuration. You talk about screens, but the requirement is by issue and project. The field is required for the issue at creation time regardless of whether you present it on a screen or not. If 3 issue types are involved, then yes.
