how to move project from production to staging

Hi,

My requirement is to move project from production to staging. I tried with configuration manager. It is giving me the following error.

Detected unsupported "Issue Type Scheme" modification which requires migration.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.

Using Configuration Manager you should be able to it. What steps did you follow?

Were you able to solve the problem?

You can also try Project Configurator for Jira it can move the configurations and data between instances. Especially as you mentioned production to staging or vice versa. You can also test the configuration updates before pushing to another instance.
