how to give limit access to users to only view scc workflows

I want to prevent the users from creating anything in workflow in all scc issue types.

Only Admins vcan have the privilege to create in workflow

Hi @consraje  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can do that a couple of ways. 

1. Modify the workflow for the SCC project to add a validtor for who can create.

or

2. Change the Permission scheme for the project to modify the permissions for Create issue. You can then use Project Roles or Groups to control who can even see the project when trying to create.
