As Joe says, downgrading is pretty much "restore a backup from before you upgraded". You could try to work out how to downgrade using SQL, but I really wouldn't recommend it.

It might be more useful to simply ask why you can't use 6.2.4?

Hi there,

Although it is generally not recommended to downgrade your GreenHopper/JIRA Agile, if you are persistent in wanting to downgrade it, there is actually one way : That is to restore the backup of your instance taken before the upgrade from 6.2.3 to 6.2.4.

This is because as you might have noticed, there are changes in the database when GreenHopper/JIRA Agile is upgraded, hence if you were to manually downgrade it via uninstalling and installing a previous version of the plugin, it would not be able to work properly. Hence, the only way to get it back into working state would be to restore a backup of before the upgrade was performed.
