development[commits].all > 0 doesn't return bitbucket cloud commits

development[commits].all > 0

  • This pulls back our fisheye/crucible commits
  • This does not pull back btibucket cloud commits
    • However, commits are linked in the Development as expected
    • I can create a branch from there onto bitbucket w/o problems as well.

Does anyone know what is missing?

Hi Celina,

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if you are using Jira Cloud or Server.
We've tested Jira and Bitbucket cloud and the JQL works correctly, but in this case, only Bitbucket is listed, the instance doesn't have integration with Fisheye or Crucible.
Also, is Bitbucket showing correctly on DVCS accounts? Would be possible to disconnect and integrate the BB account again?
When did this issue start?

Once we hear from you, we will be able to better understand and test using the same configuration as you.

Regards,
Angélica
