How I can configure auto notifications for approvers when I create a new change form?

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Approvers are treated as customers, so to configure the notifications you must go to Project settings > Customer notifications > Approval required.
If the notification is enabled and the ticket is created through the customer portal, the selected approvers will receive a notification.
