atachment files between linked issues

Hi. I whant make this: When i add atachment file in issue in 1 project in jira servise managment its avtomaticaly copiing to the other linked issue in other project jira software. I do like write here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-sync-comments-and-copy-attachments-between-linked-issues-1167831058.html but its not working. file shows like corrupted.

Rule logs looks ok? Did you make a global rule? On what user this rule is working?

IMO - if copying is not working and you did everything exactly like in doc you should report it to Atlassian support (support.atlassian.com).
