Workflow button Missing

I created a Kan Ban board and I added a new column "Moved to TST" in Kan ban Board.

I am  trying to change the issue type to In process or moved to TST . But my work flow button is missing. How can I fix this issue?

When I click on View work flow next to status all I see is ToDO-->Done.

Hello,

What status did you map to the Moved to TST column in Kanban? 

If you add a column, you should map a status to it. If this status does not exist, you should add this status to the worflow of the issue and create a transition from the status in the previous column to the new one.
