Which Ports to allow for JIRA API

Can you please let us know which PORT(S) and PROTOCOL is required to access JIRA ticket via API?

 

I want allow to our app. for the IPs given here but we can't allow ALL IP. So can you please give us a port+protocol range?

443 for standard SSL access, same as the browser uses.
