I have issues with several statuts when a sprint has has incomplete issues, and I close my sprint I sent them in Backlog, what is the status of my issues?

Are they keeping the status?

The workflow does not matter, because technically you simply change the sprint the issues belong to - or no sprint (then they belong to the backlog).
