What is the rules for creating a Epic name in classical Jira

I had already input the epic name, but it still give me this alert, is there any rules for creating an epic name?

Hello,

Have a look at the create transition in the workflow for the Epic issue type. I guess, there is a custom validator. Out of the box you can fill the Epic Link with one symbol and it should work.

I had tried a lot of names, but it still gives me alert asking me to provide a short name, I even tried to put just one number or a letter! What's going wrong here?
