Using Jira cloud for risk management

We want to be able to track project risks and organizational risks as a whole on jira cloud. So i will like to find out how this can be achieved.

You can create "Risk" issue-type and build screen, workflow and field configuration schemes around it such that it would serve/meet your organizational requirement.

For calculating the criticality automatically (i.e. probability x impact), you may utilize ScriptRunner's scripted field OR keep it as dropdown with pre-defined criticalities for manual user-selection.
