I have a client using JSD, and their user is set to EST but the client ticketing portal is displaying tickets in UTC... is there anyway we can make sure that is set to EST.
The ticket creation and ticket update timestamps are not set to the correct timezone within the Jira Service Desk Summary page. I've checked my profile and my timezone is set correctly but the times within the Jira Service Desk summary page are still set in UTC as opposed to EST. Having accurate times for ticket creation and ticket updates is important.
