One User not getting notifications for 4 Issues only as he was watcher. But he is getting notifications for all remaining Issues. Could you please help me to resolve Issues.
Can you please double confirm if user is added as watcher on those 4 issues? If yes, is he not getting notifications on any update done on those tickets?
Please check notification scheme used in the project. Please also check if issue security is used in the project and those 4 tickets are restricted.
