Problem: User had not changed due date of ticket (as Error 2 picture), but history of system recorded by this user
According to History of this ticket, I see
- Nguyen Ngoc Linh (EBS.DMS) made changes due date from 11/Apr/19 -> 24/Apr/19
- Mr. Nguyen Trong Thach (FQC.ACC) changed due date 24/Apr/19 -> 11/Apr/19
=> But in fact Mr. Thach did not change this field but Jira system jumped on April 11.
Could you explain the reason?
