Hello,

I am trying to create a new dashboard and add it to my project.This project has some other dashboards that use JIRA workflow. I am unable to convert this new workflow to a simplifed. I am trying to leverage the new JIRA features.

Im assuming Dashboards = Kanban or Scrum styled boards

My second assumption is that your referring to the Columns listed in the board? 

You can re-word these via the Board Settings menus....if you looking to have different status captured by that board you would need to add the Workflow to the projects scheme before being able to add the statuses to the Board.
