Hello,
We are using tempo Version:10.14.4 in our Jira server. Tempo Timesheet Gadgets are causing freezing of the Jira and the dashboard page is not responding.
I've got notification from Tempo
We have released a hotfix with improvements for the Gadget performance in the latest version of Tempo Timesheets (v10.16.1).
The performance spike was caused by a new version of an external library used in most of the gadgets in combination with the gadget technology being outdated. This should now be improved.
Please update to the latest version and let us know if the problem persists.
Thank you for your patience.
Best Regards,
Tempo Support Team

Hello @azade bagheri
@Nexign Team 's suggestion is true but do not forget to restart JIRA after disabling modules.

Hi Büşra,
we are facing the same problem on PROD and TEST instances on one of our client who has older versions of Jira 7.11.2 and Tempo Timesheets 8.13.1 because of expired maintenance.
We were testing couple scenarios and the "User Timesheet" gadget caused browser to freeze if "previous period" has been chosen. My colleague got it frozen in other options too and functional in Internet Explorer.
Would you be so kind to share the Tempo support ticket or share it with us?
Thank you. S

Yes indeed. In our company we have local network which only can connect the internal server, Jira Server is one of them. After this bug, I have problems to use Jira at local computer. but at Internet computer, no problem is occurred yet.
