Hi,

I was setting up a new sprint as usual and suddenly I can't access anything in my Jira account because everywhere I try to go yields this error:

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

How do I get around this?

Thanks!

Hello @Shauna Minning ,

Thanks for reaching out, and this error will usually be triggered by either a caching issue or a conflicting browser add-on, so I would recomend as a first step doing a cache flush and then testing with no add-on mode enabled in your browser window to test with add-ons disabled to see if the error is stopped,

Next, the above steps are included in this KB as well as a few more tests under the section "Indispensable tests", that I recomend that perform to rule out browser side issues:

Let me know if this helps out or if you find anything specific, and if not as mentioned by @Italo Qualisoni [e-Core] , a deeper dive would be needed into your account and I would also recomend reaching out to support to take a close look at the system.

Regards,
Earl
