Showing Tester-field as avatar on card

Hi, 

We are using a field called "Tester" (EDIT: pretty sure it is custom field) that contains a list of users that are doing test for our tickets. 

When showing the card on a board I can configure the card to show a few extra fields (-> Configure board -> Card layout -> Add field) and I've added the Tester field here. 

It now shows on my card, but shows the name as text. I wanted it to show up as an avatar, just like assignee does. 

Is this possible to do?

No, unfortunately not. While you can control which fields are displayed, you don't have control over the placing and look and feel of these additional fields.
