Scrum board selecting issues from multiple projects - how to link a confluence page

We have a rapid board configuration which is linked to multiple projects. When we click on 'linked pages' on the sprint level, we get

'No confluence server found, please check your application links' ...

JIRA is properly linked to Confluence given that other functionality is working properly, so I assume that we are bumping into some limitation of JIRA agile.

Question - how should the application links / entity links be configured ?

And you need to be running JIRA Agile 6.3.5 or later and Confluence 5.4. See here:

Hi,

This is usually caused by a gadget connector issue. Most likely how your SSL is setup. Here is a link that might resolve the issue.

Also make sure your base URL is setup as https://format
