SLAs for Holiday Calendar not working

Nathan Trout July 15, 2019

I am using Jira Server, I have an instance with several service desks that are use the same 9-5 calendar with 6ish holidays added. However over the July 4th holiday, I had 3 tickets(in different service desks) that breached SLAs and counted the July 4th day against their SLA. Everything seems to be set correctly. I did do a reindex as well. What am I missing? Thanks for an insight!

Nathan,

From the documentation, it states that each SLA calendar is unique to each service desk project.

@Victor Mutambuki [Mumo Systems] Thanks for the reply. I have created a unique calendar and added the holidays individually for each service desk. However, I added the same holidays for all the service desks and the holidays are not counting against the SLA. That's why I am at a loss. Everything is done according to the Atlassian docs
