@nkannel Within a project, if you click on the Reports tab on the left hand menu you can see a whole list of all reports available. I would recommend taking a look at the Burnup chart if you are wanting to view the scope change made to a sprint, as you can view this in the graph and then it shows you a broken down list of each scope change beneath this.
The Sprint Report is also helpful for similar kind of reporting
I do not believe so, I would say that the Burnup Chart or Sprint report are the closest you will get to a 'scope-only' report, by looking at the 'Added to/removed from sprint' event types under the graph

There is not a built in report to show just the scope change for a sprint.
There is an enhancement request for that for JIRA Cloud here:
