Remove strikethrough from issue when reopening ticket

Hello there,

We are currently using a workflow in which we allow re-opening of closed tickets. Before the ticket is closed, we have a resolution field on the screen upon transitioning to close.

The questions we have are as follows:
1. Is there any way to clear the value of the resolution field when re-opening closed tickets?2. If yes, would the strikethrough disappear from the issue on the board?

Hi @IHiS_DevOps Team  - Yes, you can clear the Resolution field by putting a post function to clear the field on the transition(s) that you have that move out of the Done status. And yes, removing the Resolution will remove the strikethrough.

For the other Transitions which are associated to all other statuses, set the post function to NONE
