Rearranging the layout on the project board

Is there a way to rearrange how the fields are displayed on the project board?  I have comments on the left, which I don't utilize much, so it's all blank space, and then I have to scroll down to see all the fields on the right.  Each aspect of the address, state, zip, etc, takes up one entire line.  Sorry if I'm confusing, I just want to see all my information without having to scroll.

Currently, it's not possible to reorder the system fields or custom fields.
We have two feature requests suggesting the implementation of these abilities:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the features.

If you are using a Next-gen project, you can go to the Project settings > Issue types and on each issue type you can reorder the fields, but it's only for next-gen since the fields are created specifically for the project.

As mentioned in the previous answer, it's not possible to reorder the system or custom fields. Please, vote and watch the feature requests to receive updates.
