Re-installed JIRA on the same server but cant find my software project

I have self-hosted jira license. Had to reimage my server and reinstall JIRA but no longer able to create software projects. Create project show only business projects

Have you gone through Jira Logs? have you seen some errors while startup?

I did a grant to jirauser from mysql console to all database objects and it works now.

The documentation for "Connecting to mysql" mentions that you need to grant certain privileges on the whole database but this is not enough. You need to grant object level privileges.
