Quick Subtasks for JIRA shows 500 error

I have installed Quick Subtasks for JIRA.

When I click on "Subtask Templates" in project administrator page, it shows 500 error.

@Jessy Li There has been a bug with the permission check that has been fixed a short time ago. Does your problem still exist having updated to the latest version of the plugin (4.1.1 or 4.2.0)?

Quick Subtasks for JIRA 3.4.1

@Jessy Li Atm I am unable to reproduce the error described using JIRA (v6.4.7#64022) and Quick Subtasks 3.4.1.
