Proof of concept JIRA Service Desk + JIRA Software Datacenter

1. We want to do a proof of concept for the use of JIRA Service Desk. It might take more than 30 days to do the work. Is the JIRA Service Desk trial licence renewable ?
2. We have JIRA Core 6.4.12 with Agile can we easily migrate to JIRA Software Datacenter without going to version 7 ? We want to minimize the impact on our customers and the amount of tests we need to achieve.

Hi @Gab Cloutier,

Yes you can have multiple trial licenses for JIRA Service Desk.

And you can use datacentre with JIRA v6.4.12 and Agile but if you need to use service desk as data centre you need to upgrade to JIRA 7 since on JSD v3 is compatible with data centre.
