Until last week I was receiving email with a notification of ticket creation on Projects I am the Project lead, but now I am not receiving anymore.
I would check the project detaits. Someone probably changed the default assignee: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/who-does-the-automatic-assignee-option-assign-an-issue-to/

Have you checked your Notifications in your project?
Also, have you checked your personal settings:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I included the Project lead in the project notification settings and I think it will fix the problem.
