Hello, I'm a user of Jira cloud service.

Few days ago, I've started migration from cloud.

First, I installed self hosting version of Jira S/W for windows and backing up from your cloud service.

At importing backup file, I've got following error message.

C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\import\jira-export.zip: No 'key' field for Issue 10203.

How do I fix this problem?

BR, JS Kim.

Hi Jongsoo,

Are you trying to import the entire instance or one project?  If you are trying to import a project by itself take a look at JRACLOUD-66788 and the section of Restoring a project from backup titled Restoring a project from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Server:

You cannot import a project directly from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Server...

Try the steps outlined in the Restoring a project from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Server section of Restoring a project from backup and you should be set.  If this is coming from restoring an entire instance let me know and we'll go from there.

Cheers,

Branden

Hi @somethingblue ,
I was trying to do the same task,
Migrating from Jira Cloud 1001.0.0-SNAPSHOT
to Jira Server Jira Software 8.2.0

I am getting: No 'key' field for Issue 26402.
I also did follow the instructions:

Can you please point me to the right direction?
if in case I am doing it wrong

Thank you.
I would really appreciate your help on this one
