We have a problem with some Jira tickets about notification by email
Only the owner receive a notification when an other people write a comment or change the ticket's status while there is other people who are watchers of this ticket
Have you already seen this problem ? and how is it possible to repair it ?

Check your notification scheme and verify if users are part of those who should be notified when a certain event happens. Secondly, to be a watcher, one only needs to click the watchers Icon on a ticket. Both very different scenarios.

My notification scheme is good, because other people receive notification for the same ticket
But when I have search a little more, I have seen there is the problem when the user's mail is a diffusion list (not a personal adress mail)
Have you seen already a problem with a list of email ?
We use gmail for email and diffusion list
