New JIRA Experience gone?

Has the new JIRA experience been backed out?  It is nowhere to be seen now and only the old view can be used.

 

Any information would be appreciated as we have new users who have only ever used the new experience so are now struggling with the change.

Thanks all this has now resolved itself and the new instance has re-appeared thanks all for your suggestions.

Trudie, you should have access. Especially if you had it before. have you clicked on your Profile pic in top right? Do you see "experience the new Jira"?

Hi Trudie,

Seems like the new Jira Experience is limited to a certain set of customers in the Cloud (as described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/introducing-your-new-jira-experience-937886012.html). Here is an attached screenshot which I just generated for you: it's still here but maybe your instance is not in that precise subset.

If you used to use the new experience on your instance, make sure you still have it enabled.
