I was wondering why Atlassian document is not complete, I just wanted to know how can I logging to Jira through API, but there is no human friendly documents related to this, or if there is some, how can I find it?

Sorry, I don't quite understand.  Where is the documentation "not complete"?  I've used it to log into Jira through both APIs without any problems, so I don't know what you are missing?

Which docs are you looking at?

Oh like all the community some fanatic fans!

lets say, I want to login with Jira API, I search a lot, but I didn't find documentation for login, I want to connect my web app to jira "https://XX.atlassian.net" and so please tell me how can I find that document!
