Jira Software Product offline

Apparently my Jira Software product is offline. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the the product back online?

It's possible your account was deactivated due to a lack of use - you can check here...

1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
2. Select your Org (if relevant)
3. On the top navigation bar, select Billing
4. Select Manage next to a product
5. On the Next Screen, select Subscriptions (even if it's already selected)
6. Change the tab to Inactive and see if Jira Software is in there

You can request a product is reactivated via Atlassian's billing/licensing support page. You can either press the Reactivate button from the screen above in step (6), and follow the instructions, or go direct to the page here: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

1. Select Your account
2. Under Choose a topic, select Reactivate Subscription
3. In the "Provide the related URL, SEN, EN or invoice number" field, enter Jira's URL
4. Add more details if needed
5. Select Submit

Hi @Samantha Van Luchem welcome to the community.  Usually the first thing I check is the Atlassian Status Page, to see if there's a system wide issue.  But that's not an issue right now.

But based on that, there are no present issues.  Is it inactive, or giving you any errors?
