HI All,
We are using Jira Product management template to manage, multiple projects and I would like to have a unified view in the calendar, where I am able to see what is due this week, month, quarter for each of the project. However, in my current projects view, I am only able to look at single project at a time in a calendar view.
Appreciate if you may kindly assist if the functionality does exist and how to navigate through it.
Best Regards,
Karsh
Hi @Utkarsh Shah and welcome to the community!
There are more options in the marketplace for this, but out of the box, you could create a filter that captures all of the issues you're looking to have in scope. Then create a dashboard and use the Jira Issues Calendar gadget to display as desired.
HI @Mark Segall , thank you for your prompt response and I am very pleased with the solution provided. Although, I have gone ahead and configured it for couple of our projects, the dashboard UI looks pretty dull, and I wanted to share that, if there are more capabilities, or is it the best we have at the moment out of this functionality, is what I wanted to check. I have attached a snip for your review here.
Although, on a project level , it looks lot better. Example attached below.
I was scrolling through the other apps, and I found Proscheduler, as one of the app to look into, as we are looking to get resource planning, do you have any suggestion you could throw, that would be great.
Thank you for all your help!
Best Regards,
Karsh

Hello @Utkarsh Shah,
If you’re willing to give a try to a 3-d party app, perhaps you could find Planyway helpful. There, you can connect multiple projects and group tasks on the timeline by project. By zooming the scale in and out, you can change the planning focus:
You can also switch to the monthly calendar view. I'll be here if any questions.
Kind regards,
Tania from the Planyway team
