Jira Cloud - is it possible to allow more than one user to edit shared dashboard?

looks like multiple users can edit a shared dashboard here:

but can't find a way to do this?

It is possible in Jira 7.12.xx. You can find it in the release notes:

Open a dashboard and choose the share dashboard option. You will be able to set editors there.
