When users browse to our portal and use the search box, no results are displayed until they click into a department.
Message = No solutions found, browse the list of portals below to raise a request
When the user then selects a portal below and then search that department's portal KB, they then get results.
Returning to the initial portal screen then also shows the results until the search is cleared.
We need users to be able to search ALL department portal KB's from the initial portal search box.
