Jira Application Link Health Check fails for no reason

Oliver Stock July 24, 2018

Hi,

multiple times a day I get the notification that the application links health check failed. When browsing to the support tools section the error shows, but when visiting the application links page everything seems to be ok and the links are showing up as "connected". This issue first appeared after upgrading to JIRA Software 7.11.

Hercules doesn't find any problems. What can I do.

Hi Oliver,

Can you show me the full error you're seeing? Out of curiosity, what language is your Jira instance set to?

If you were to lock and re-index Jira, do you continue to have the error?

Regards,

Shannon

Hi,

sure...

The system is set to US English.

Re-indexing has no effect.
