I am playing with the Jira back and restore procedure.
I have restored my cloud jira on the server and now I have an issue: I could not find Export&Import options. See attached.
At the same time in the global permissions configuration I see follow note:
So, Import & Export permissions must be configured somewhere else. But I have no idea where I can do so.

It seems to be a permission problems, so try logging in with the OnDemand sysadmin account in your standalone instance to see all options.

Permissions looks like not the case here.
I do have 'sire admin' permissions in this cloud. Also I have global permissions set to me.
